Spending time with family and especially your children foster the parent-child relationship. Try to incorporate fun-filled activities during this time that will not only help you relax but will also decrease your stress and boost your energy.
4. Take some time out for yourself
Surrounded by responsibilities, you shouldn’t ignore yourself while taking care of others. Fill your cup first so that you can pour into others. Do what you love. Pursue your passion. Don’t feel selfish to take some time out for yourself only.
